This retreat will help you to clear old thought patterns and give you the tools to clear negative feelings of shame, pain, and feeling not good enough. Come and find yourself and connect with others and learn to BE STILL and BE REAL, the person that you were sent here to be FOR HIM.

About the event
Be Still, Be Real, for Him is a retreat that helps those who have struggled in the depths of despair. When
we have experienced trauma caused by various events in our lives such as death of a loved one, abuse of
any kind, addiction, illness etc.. The pain from those situations can make us feel clouded, lose our sense
of self and suffer many other negative emotions.
My whole life I have felt unlovable, not good enough, and that there was something wrong with me.
Unfortunately, those of us who have suffered from different forms of abuse or traumatic events end up
hating ourselves and are riddled with pain, guilt and shame. If we knew how to make it go away, we
would. I remember thinking….In my forty years, I do not know anything different than to be embedded
with turmoil, which often times made me running non stop because, I didn’t want to feel emotions. I
didn’t even know the emotion that I was feeling. I couldn’t sit STILL. I also couldn’t be who I was
because, I didn’t know who I was. I let little parts of me out but, felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t be REAL.
This is my story. The path that led me to heal all parts of me spiritually, mentally/emotionally, and
physically. My life turned from darkness to light, having peace, meaning and love. Love for myself and
love from others. My journey was impossible alone and if I would not have gotten down on my knees
and asked for my Father in Heavens help, I would not have had help from all of the angels sent to help
me, to love me unconditionally, and to teach me about the most important change in my life. The
change that helped me come and see!
I want you to come and see. Learn how to make the changes that you need with the help of the
atonement of Jesus Christ and help from experts who have the knowledge and experiences to teach you
how to make the changes necessary to lead you to the other side of your pain.
